Are u staying with ur wife now? This premature ejaculation can be practised and recovered. You have to take out your over excitement about sex, this excitement causes many for premature ejaculation. If it is continuing, pls consult a physician, and get the treatment. There are medicines for this.

You got an average size pennis, be happy with it and no need to do any exercises.
